Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide compassionate nursing care to our residents, under the direction of a physician or Registered Nurse.

Every day, you will assess resident needs and deliver essential physical or psychosocial care.

To be successful in this role, you will exhibit genuine compassion for patient well-being, an understanding of your critical role in ensuring their comfort, and the patience to explain procedures, answer questions, and maintain accurate documentation.

Provides and documents skilled care, treatments and procedures.Obtains, reviews and documents written and verbal physician orders.Assesses and documents skilled nursing needs each visit.Maintains complete, organized, current clinical records on all assigned patients.

Shift: 8am - 5pm

Core Schedule: Monday - Friday; Includes On Call Rotation

Job Requirements

Required

High School Diploma or GEDOregon LPN LicenseAHA BLS within 30 DaysOregon Driver's License and Auto InsuranceTwo years acute care or clinical experience.
