Job Description
Job Summary
This position will be responsible in assisting in planning and coordinating the daily functions of the Quality Department related to federal and state requirements. Performs review of patient's medical records abstracting data used to improve performance of hospital services. Screens for established indicators, enters data into computerized tracking systems and analysis data for trends. Assists Employee Health with onboarding of new employees and annual health screens.

Qualifications
Associate Degree in Nursing, Public Health, or a related healthcare preferred1-3 years of experience in employee health, occupational health, infection prevention, or workers’ compensation preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and health screening protocols in a healthcare setting.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and electronic medical or compliance record systems.Ability to handle confidential information in a professional and compliant manner.Licenses and Certifications
LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure preferred orRN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure preferred
