Job Description
We are seeking an LPN Clinical Research Coordinator to join our clinical research team. This role is ideal for candidates with clinical experience. We are open to training individuals with little experience. The coordinator will work closely with other staff as a team player, maintaining flexibility and a thorough understanding of assigned protocols.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate effectively with other staff as a team player.Maintain flexibility in work duties and possess thorough knowledge of assigned protocols.Attend Investigators’ Meetings to learn study requirements and convey information to the site study team.Train site personnel and other medical staff in understanding and implementing protocols.Design and maintain organizational tools to conduct the study accurately in compliance with GCP and Protocol.Recruit and screen potential study participants according to protocol criteria.Conduct telephone screenings followed by visits to ensure continuity of subject care.Obtain proper written informed consent from study participants.Manage study participants’ visits and perform defined activities accurately.Essential SkillsLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Clinical research experience preferredCase management skillsBilingual (English & Spanish) preferredWork Environment
The work environment is a 24-hour clinical research facility operating primarily on a day shift from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with a half-hour lunch break. Some overtime and weekend work may be required.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $28.00/hr.
