Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration. **Type:** Six-month contract, opportunity for extension or fulltime offer **Schedule:** Full time and part time openings, 12-hour shifts **Pay:** $27.00 an hour, $3.00 shift differential for overnights **Responsibilities of the LPN** · Recording the patient’s history · Giving medication as prescribed by the physician · Taking vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and weight · Basic wound care including cleaning and bandaging injured areas · Giving injections of medications · Providing immunizations · Entering information into computer systems · Ensuring patients and families understand release instructions · Providing oversight to Technicians · Monitoring fluid/food intake and output · Moving patients safely · Observing patient reactions to medications · Observing patient mental health status · Providing emotional support · Assisting with patient daily needs. **Qualifications of the LPN** · Active and good standing LPN license in New York · Current BLS/CPR, or within 30 days of hire · New grads welcome! · Experience in substance abuse/mental health environment preferred **Why work for Adecco?** · Weekly Pay · 401(k) Plan · Skills Training · Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits **IMPORTANT:** This **LPN** role is being recruited for by Adecco’s Healthcare & Life Sciences division, not your local Adecco Branch Office.
