As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll assist physicians and nursing staff with patient care, prepare patients for examination and treatment, administer injections, perform lab testing and phlebotomy, and maintain supplies and equipment for treatments. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong communication skills, and operates calmly in a crisis while maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform all appropriate nursing assessments per service line requirements.
Evaluate the client/patient’s physical condition and the need for services.
Prepare patients for examination and treatment.
Administer injections and perform lab testing and phlebotomy.
Maintain supplies and equipment for treatments.
Schedule appointments, obtain prior authorizations, and manage patient charts.
Provide information to patients to help them benefit from clinic services.
Accompany individuals to medical appointments and ensure their rights are protected.
Complete documentation in a timely manner according to company policies and procedures.
Perform light housekeeping and inventory management tasks.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse in applicable state.
CPR certification preferred.
Phlebotomy training and previous lab experience preferred.
One year of experience in a physician office setting preferred.
Required License/Certification: CPR certification preferred.
