A 1:1 LPN at Central York School District provides dedicated, individualized healthcare for a specific student, managing medications, health assessments, first aid, and chronic conditions (like G-tubes, trach care) while supporting daily classroom activities, assisting with personal care (feeding, toileting), documenting care, and communicating with staff/parents to ensure student safety and well-being in a school setting, often under an RN's supervision .
