Join the CentraCare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse at CentraCare Sartell Family Medicine Clinic.
The Sartell Clinic sees patients for Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Travel Medicine, and OB/GYN Services. These positions include rooming patients for all types of clinic visits, communicating results and other pertinent medical information to patients and providers, assisting providers with clinic procedures, accurately and appropriately document procedures and treatments in the patient's electronic medical record, perform telephone screening gathering information from patients to communicate to the RN or provider, administer appropriate medications and immunizations to patients under the direction of the RN or provider and recognize patient’s abnormalities or urgent care needs and seek appropriate assistance. CPR certification must be maintained.
Schedule:
Full-time | 72 hours every two weeks 4 9-hour shifts per week, variable weekday hours between 6:30a.m.-5:30p.m. No evenings, weekends or holidaysPay and Benefits:
Pay range $22.40 to $33.58 per hour; exact pay based on years of experience. $2,500 Hiring bonus. $5,000 Relocation bonus for eligible candidates. Full time benefits: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota required. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy. Ability to understand patients’ medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff.To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away and relocate within 30 miles of primary work location within 120 days.
