STS Technical Services is hiring a Loyalty & Retention Coordinator in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Job Summary

The Loyalty & Retention Coordinator will oversee projects within the Membership Loyalty space, focusing on retention marketing. This role is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and executing projects that deliver on member benefits related to the Harley Owners Group and the Membership program.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, this individual will create briefs for key partners, deploy assets, communications, and activations for members and dealers, and support program strategies that drive engagement and loyalty. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who is eager to improve processes, deliver results, and make an impact with Harley Owners Group members.

Job Responsibilities Execute channel plans including project timelines, copywriting, image coordination, stakeholder approval alignment, and reporting in support of programs and campaigns Brief and manage cross-functional marketing teams, including Retail, to achieve objectives for point of purchase material and execution Coordinate with cross-functional marketing and program teams to integrate Harley Owners Group messaging into key programs Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaign objectives across regions and markets Oversee campaign brief development from concept and objectives to creative development through to consumer execution Measure and assess campaign results, applying learnings to future plans Support content creation and deployment of member benefits in brand publications, member emails, and direct mail campaigns Proactively evaluate and update work processes to streamline and improve marketing project areas in line with continuous improvement practices Support marketing activities focused on products, consumer experiences, Harley Owners Group benefits, rallies, and events Education Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required Experience Requirements Minimum of 8 years of related experience Experience managing global campaigns Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once while collaborating across internal teams and external partners Experience overseeing budgets, contracts, and supplier selection Ability to work under tight deadlines with flexibility in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating compelling PowerPoint presentations for leadership audiences About STS Technical Services
