**What you'll be doing**
You’ll be joining CIBC’s ECRM Enablement team, responsible for delivering enhancements to optimize frontline productivity and growth, aligned to CIBC’s enterprise architecture roadmap. As a Loyalty Product Owner , you’ll lead small and medium end-to-end project implementation and act as a subject matter. You’ll ideate and collaborate with a diverse team to create and build flexible, innovative solutions that deliver a best-in-class client experience.

**How you'll succeed**
+ **Own the product backlog** – Create andmaintainaprioritizedbacklog for the Loyalty platform, ensuring alignment with businessobjectivesand customer needs.
+ **Translate strategy into delivery** – Convert high-levelrequirementsand businessobjectivesinto clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
+ **Drive agile execution** – Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other agile ceremonies to ensure smooth delivery.
+ **Collaborate across teams** – Work closely with Marketing, Technology, Data, and Customer Experience teams to deliver Salesforce capabilities such as Journey Builder flows, Automation Studio processes, and audience segmentation.
+ **Stakeholder engagement** – Keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the delivery lifecycle, managing competing priorities effectively.
+ **Monitor and communicate progress** – Report on pod progress, risks, and dependencies in a clear, structured way.
+ **Mentor and lead** – Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
**Who You Are**
+ **You can demonstrate 2 to 3 years of work experience** with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Loyalty Management;strongwillingness to deepenexpertise, product ownership, digital marketing, technology delivery, or marketing operations.
+ **You can demonstrate 2 to 3 years of work experience in** product ownership, digital marketing, technology delivery, or marketing operations, writing user stories and managing product backlogs in an agile environment.
+ **Strong communication** **and stakeholder engagement** skills; ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.Curiosity and passion forcustomer engagement, and marketing technology.
+ **You have an undergraduate degree** **r** equired; product, marketing, or Salesforce certifications considered assets.
