Foot Locker, Inc. is hiring a dynamic and motivated Sr. Analyst, Finance Loyalty & CRM to join our team! This position is responsible for providing financial analyses and executive accounting information while generating monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounting processes for Foot Locker, Inc. and its subsidiaries globally. This position will also be responsible for providing weekly reports, reconciling accounts, and performing variance analysis to ensure financial accuracy. You will also develop/create ad hoc reporting as needed. Responsibilities Partner with the loyalty team to run financial analyses on program benefits and enhancementsPerform complex analytical reviews and variance analysis for balance sheets and income statementsUtilizes experience to prepare and present accurate, well-supported financial analysis and reportsAssist in ensuring all departmental accounting deadlines are met, including balance sheet account reconciliations, account balance analytical reviews, and both internal and external audits.Support in managing the department’s SOX compliance, testing, and reporting.Assist in maintaining existing departmental controls as well as ensuring all necessary controls exist. Implement new controls where opportunities are identified.Prepare, post, or approve detailed balance sheet account reconciliationsPrepare, post, or approve accurate journal entries into the financial systemsEnsure results are fairly stated in accordance with GAAP and internal policiesAdhere to and enhance internal financial controlsProvide support and analysis for annual budgets and weekly forecastsPartner with Foot Locker divisional finance and operations teams to align on loyalty impacts across P&LsProvide support and guidance to newer staff on department tasks Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Accounting requiredMinimum of 3 years' experience preferredCPA preferredStrong verbal and written communication analytical and problem solving skills Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products (i.e. Excel, Word, Access, etc.) Detail oriented with ability to understand the whole process Demonstrated experience working independently as well as in a team environment Experience with and/or knowledge of PeopleSoft a plus Must be willing to work extended hours during peak periods BenefitsThe annual base salary range is $XXX-$XXXX.
