Minor Hotels is seeking a Loyalty & CRM Marketing Coordinator to play a key role in driving the success of our global Minor Discovery loyalty program. Reporting to the Director of Loyalty & CRM Marketing, this role is perfect for a commercially minded marketer who thrives on collaboration, campaign execution, and delivering measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Loyalty Program Support & CRM Excellence
Support the execution and delivery of the Minor Discovery loyalty program across our hotel portfolioAct as a key contact for loyalty enquiries, coordinating with internal teams and external partnersAssist with reporting and communication of hotel loyalty performance to stakeholdersSupport CRM processes across the member lifecycle, from acquisition to engagement and retentionAnalyse engagement and performance data to deliver actionable insightsContribute to projects focused on improving data quality, loyalty processes, and member managementCRM Marketing & Campaign Support
Assist in the build and delivery of loyalty campaigns, including eDM development and deploymentReview and quality-check campaign content to ensure brand consistency and accuracyCollaborate closely with global CRM and Loyalty teams on campaign planning and executionQualificationsYou’re detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with data, systems, and multiple stakeholders. You enjoy working autonomously while staying closely connected to a broader global team.
What you’ll bring:
Experience in CRM, email marketing, or loyalty programs (hotel or hospitality experience highly regarded)Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred)Strong attention to detail with a data-centric mindsetConfidence working with technical systems and engagement dataAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independentlyStrong communication skills and a collaborative approachNice to have:
