Safety-Kleen in Norwell, MA is looking for a Loyalty Agent to join their safety conscious team! The Loyalty Agent develops and executes retention strategies. Provides customers service including order procurement, suggestive selling, waste profiling, call documentation, customer problem resolution, maintenance/creation of customer profiles, pricing and records. Generates business opportunities, cultivates sales leads, drives sales and works to exceed quotas and targets. Focus on building new long-term relationships with small to medium-sized customers and shows independent initiative to work within a loyalty/sales and service environment. Creation and maintenance of customer accounts will be key. Reviews customer complaints for retention opportunities.
