Job OverviewWe are seeking motivated and reliable Low Voltage Technicians to join our growing team and support a variety of commercial projects across Northern Colorado. Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, route, and terminate low voltage cabling for voice, data, and video systems.Pull, label, and dress network cables in commercial environments.Assist in the setup and testing of network infrastructure and related hardware.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.Perform system inspections and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols.Collaborate with a team of technicians and project managers to meet deadlines and quality standards.QualificationsEntry-Level Candidates:Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Strong work ethic, punctuality, and eagerness to learn a skilled trade.Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.No prior experience required—training provided.Mid-Level Candidates:Minimum 2 years of experience in low voltage or structured cabling.Proficiency in pulling, dressing, and terminating Cat5e/Cat6 cables.Familiarity with commercial construction environments and safety standards.Ability to work independently and mentor junior technicians.Preferred Skills & ExperienceExperience with cable testing tools and certification processes.Knowledge of fire alarm, access control, or CCTV systems is a plus.Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints.OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a bonus.Why Join Us?Be part of a close-knit team of 18 skilled technicians.Work on high-profile projects such as Poudre Valley Hospital (Fort Collins), Medical Center of the Rockies (Loveland), and Agilent Technologies (Frederick).Enjoy a consistent work schedule with shifts typically starting between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM and ending between 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM.Long-term career development with opportunities for advancement and additional certifications.Supportive leadership and a strong focus on employee growth and satisfaction.Apply Today!If you're ready to build your career in a growing industry with a company that values your contributions, we’d love to hear from you.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
