**Job Title: Low Voltage Installer** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Low Voltage Installer to join our team. The role involves pulling and terminating wires, splicing, and installing devices such as Cat 5 and Cat 6 cables, as well as handling AV, Audio Visual, and camera systems. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in low voltage systems and have experience in termination testing and splicing. **Responsibilities** + Pull and terminate Cat 5, Cat 6, and coaxial cables. + Perform splicing and installation of low voltage devices. + Install and test AV, Audio Visual, and camera systems. + Conduct termination testing and ensure system integrity. **Essential Skills** + Experience with pulling and terminating Cat 5 and Cat 6 cables. + Proficiency in splicing and installing low voltage devices. + Knowledge of AV, Audio Visual, and camera systems. + BICSI certification. + OSHA 30 certification. + SST 10 certification. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Familiarity with termination testing techniques. + Experience in commercial office fit-out projects. **Why Work Here?** Join a top electrical firm in NYC with a reputation for excellence. Standard working hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend and overnight work after 40 hours. The role requires familiarity with all AV work, camera installation, and BICSI knowledge. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Somerset, NJ. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
