Position SummaryJoin a growing team specializing in the installation and support of low voltage systems for commercial clients. This hands-on role involves working with CCTV, access control, structured cabling, and other security and communication systems in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and maintain low voltage systems: structured cabling, fiber optics, security systems, and A/V systemsPull, terminate, and test low voltage cabling (CAT5e, CAT6, coax, fiber)Mount and configure security devices such as cameras and access control panelsRead and interpret blueprints and wiring diagramsTroubleshoot and repair system issuesOperate lifts and heavy equipment safely (lift certification required or obtainable)Ensure compliance with NEC, BICSI, and OSHA safety standardsMaintain accurate documentation of installations and repairsQualifications1–3 years of experience in low voltage or security system installationProficient with hand tools and cable pulling techniquesComfortable working on ladders and in confined spacesStrong problem-solving and communication skillsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationBICSI Installer I or II certification preferredLift certification required or willingness to obtainPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00/hr.
