Day to day:
A technology integrator is looking for a low voltage foreman to join their team to lead onsite job coordination and management. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role ensures projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. The Low Voltage Foreman will oversee low voltage technician teams, manage work orders, and coordinate job site checklists to ensure successful project completion. This position requires expertise in structured cabling installation, as well as direct communication with customers, employees, subcontractors, and management to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. This is a contract position paying up to $44/hr
Responsibilities:
• Oversee project execution, ensuring technical, quality, cost, and profitability objectives are met while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Manage workforce planning, including hiring contract workers, tracking labor, completing timesheets, and addressing personnel issues.
• Lead and train teams, providing daily goals, supervision, and technical training to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor job progress, manage costs using tracking reports and Bluebeam, and adjust crews and materials as needed.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, quality control, and open communication at assigned sites.
• Participate in pre- and post-bid meetings with Project Managers, Estimating, and Sales teams.
• Track moves, adds, and changes for job materials and labor, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
• Oversee materials management, including ordering supplies, setting up deliveries, and coordinating with the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HR and safety regulations, and project documentation requirements.
• Conduct technical training classes to develop team skills and improve overall efficiency.

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial security integration
- Must own low voltage tools, snips, cable strippers, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc;
- Experience/ ability to lead a team & train - Installation Certification or Security Product Certifications (ex: Software House/Open Options/Ademco/Bosch/AMAG/S2/Avigilon/ONSSI etc.)
- Power Actuated tools Certification; Confined Space Certification; CPR or first aid certified.
