KBR is seeking a Low Observable/ Counter Low Observable (LO/CLO) expert to support the Secretary of the Air Force International Affairs - Space Weapons Directorate. The position will provide direct support the areas of assess and the operational effectiveness of military systems subject to export controls. Key Responsibilities: + Support Space Export Baseline and Toplines + Advise and coordinate on DAF policies and guidance involving disclosure of military Space equipment, services, technologies, or capabilities to foreign allies or partners, to include space-related requests for exceptions to National Disclosure Policy, SAP portfolio management, and information presented at visits by foreign representatives and involvement/observation by foreign partners at space exercises and wargames. + Support Key Leader Space Industry Engagements, Space Industry exportability inquiries and other tasks IAW Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM). Qualifications: Required: + 10 years of experience at Air Force Major Command staff level, Combatant Command Staff, Joint Staff, Office of Secretary of Defense Staff, or similar level DoD Staff to include a minimum of 5 years of experience in USAF or USSF hands on LO/CLO. + Master’s Degree or higher related to technology, management, military arts and sciences, or national security. + Current TS (SCI & SAP eligibility required); an active TS/SCI clearance is desired. + Ability to support client onsite (Pentagon) Desired: + Expert knowledge on LO/CLO or Critical Program Information (CPI). + Expert knowledge of the various USAF and USSF guidelines for LO/CLO and CPI agreements.
