**Regulatory Low Carbon Fuel Programs Manager – Biofuels - Decatur, IL**
**Position Summary:**
The Regulatory Low Carbon Fuel Programs Manager will be responsible to develop and execute ADM’s commercial opportunities related to federal and state regulatory low carbon fuel programs.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Further build-out of existing and future regulatory low carbon fuel programs, as well as the development of new programs/pathways. (ie. 45Z – US Federal Clean Fuel Production Credit, State Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) programs, Canada’s federal Clean Fuel Regulations)
+ Execution of low carbon biofuel regulatory program requirements.
+ Building resource plans for the maintenance, enhancement, and continuous improvement of the low carbon biofuel programs.
+ Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships in the regulatory low carbon fuel space with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
+ Provide key program updates to regional and local leadership teams routinely.
+ Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders including:
+ Biofuels general management and commercial teams.
+ Commercial Sales / Logistics Organization: work with relevant members of the Biofuels’ sales and logistics teams to ensure alignment and connectivity of the strategy and activities to support Low Carbon Fuel Program goals.
+ Operations: work with plant operations’ teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of critical data reporting.
+ Technology: partner with Global IT teams to ensure digital / technology strategy aligns with data and reporting needs.
+ Government Relations: ensure activities in Government Relations are targeted to support strategy around federal and state low carbon fuel regulations and policies.
+ Audit/Verification Firms: main point of contact with external audit and verification firms. Work closely to provide appropriate documentation of internal data and processes in order to successfully verify required regulatory due diligence packages detailing CI Scoring, PWA, and Qualified Sales requirements.
+ Low Carbon Life-Cycle Assessment Team: collaborate with LCA specialists to capture carbon intensity score improvement opportunities and help support the team with data reporting needs for CI score modeling.
**Job Requirements:**
+ University degree in agriculture or business (i.e. economics, finance or accounting) supplemented with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a finance, commercial, and/or operations environment.
+ Professional demeanor with exceptional communication (written, verbal and presentation skills) and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
+ Comfortable working in matrix and entrepreneurial environments.
+ Commercial experience with a business focused mindset.
+ Ability to influence cross functional teams and to collaborate across many different disciplines
+ Shown ability to make assessments and exercise sound judgment in making decisions
+ Computer proficiency with proven ability in the use of spreadsheet, database, presentation, and word processing software applications within a Windows based operating environment

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:

$92,800.00 - $172,800.00
**Salaried Incentive Plan:**
The total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus and a long-term incentive plan
