**Description:** Be part of our talented Food and Beverage team as **_Lounge_** **_Server - Specialty Restaurant_** at The Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas. Located in Greater Palm Springs, Grand Hyatt has completed a property-wide renovation and up-branding from Regency to Grand. Grand Hyatt features 531 newly transformed luxury guestrooms, suites, casita-style villas, and two brand new Celebrity Chef food & beverage venues. Lounge Servers are responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences. The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings. A Hyatt restaurant server will engage in casual conversation and create the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes. Other duties include: + Processes orders, bills, and payments + Prepares and organizes drinks and glassware + Attends to guests and addresses their inquiries and needs as requested + Coordinates with bar staff to ensure the availability of all beverages + Assists in maintaining the cleanliness of the cocktail bar and other work areas + Maintains compliance with applicable health code, dress code, and other serving standards + Other duties assigned by management This is an On Call/Casual schedule opportunity.
