Key Responsibilities:Communicate job requirements and responsibilities to drivers.Supervise operator pre-trip inspectionsAssign vehicles to operators and update dispatchers to confirm informationAssist with miscellaneous clerical tasksOther duties as required.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalentMinimum of 2-3 years of transit supervisory experience preferred. Computer literate with working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Familiar with basic vehicle mechanical processes and maintenance.Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
