Job Description: STC Advocate
As an STC Advocate, you will be the welcoming face customers meet during their journey. Since the buying and selling process is entirely online, you will often be the very first in-person interaction they have. Your role is essential in delivering a seamless, one-of-a-kind experience that builds trust and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage 6–8 customer appointments daily, ensuring each interaction is timely and professional.
Safely operate a company vehicle to travel to customer homes and finalize vehicle purchases.
Provide a warm, friendly greeting, inspect vehicles, and complete all necessary paperwork using an iPad.
Accurately document customer interactions in the tracking system to maintain clear and organized records.
Prioritize safe driving practices and uphold a clean driving record at all times.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you enjoy meeting new people and building trust.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle paperwork and digital systems accurately.
Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple appointments in a day.
Commitment to safety and professionalism when driving and interacting with customers.
Additional Skills & Requirements
Sense of humor and a passion for enhancing the customer experience.
Goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Clean driving record.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
