As a Loom Technician, you will be responsible for setting and maintaining weaving machines to ensure the production of first-quality goods in a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Pay of  $21.01 - $23.75 per hour Temp-to-hire opportunity 12-hour rotating shifts What We’re Looking For: Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) High attention to detail and mechanical aptitude Adaptability to changing work environments Ability to identify and troubleshoot machine issues Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods Comfortable working in a loud, manufacturing environment Prior textile or machine technician experience is a plus What You’ll Do as a Loom Technician: Set weaving machines to proper specifications based on style requirements Monitor and maintain assigned weaving machines Diagnose and correct mechanical issues on equipment Perform Daily Team Maintenance (DTM) tasks Support general plant safety and follow company procedures Audit safety protocols and maintain cleanliness Provide relief coverage for weavers during breaks Climb, bend, and reach to maintain or repair machinery Use tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and measuring devices
