Now Hiring: DSPs (Direct Support Personnel) for Group home in Jackson Springs, NC Location: Jackson Springs, NC Shift: Evenings/Nights 4p-12a or 8p-8a Contract Length: 8 Weeks Start Date: ASAP Pay: $16-$18/hours - weekly direct deposit Position Summary: The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides supervision and support to adolescent boys with mental/behavioral challenges in a group home setting. The DSP helps maintain a safe, structured environment while supporting residents’ daily routines, behavior plans, and skill development. Key Responsibilities: + Supervise residents and ensure safety at all times + Support daily living activities and structured routines + Implement behavior support plans and use de-escalation techniques + Assist with recreational, educational, and life-skills activities + Document behaviors, incidents, and shift notes + Maintain a clean, safe home environment Qualifications: + High school diploma or GED + Ability to work with youth exhibiting behavioral challenges + Strong communication and de-escalation skills + Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Experience in a group home or behavioral health setting preferred.
