Job Description

Norco, Inc. is currently offering a signing bonus of $1,500.00 for this position.  Details of the signing bonus can be discussed during the interview.  (Applies to full-time direct new hires only)

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Long Haul Driver position. This position is responsible for hauling compressed gases (cylinders) and freight to assigned Norco locations (ID, WA, OR, UT, NV, WY, MT) or customers. The job predominately involves the movement of preloaded trailers with the driver not involved with loading or unloading activities. Monday to Friday set schedules, with no more than two nights out per week depending on route. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

To get the product to the desired location on time and in good condition Keep the tractor clean and in good repair as required by government regulationsComplete all required paperwork in neat and legible fashionTo conduct self in a friendly professional manner at all times Have knowledge of on road conditions, rules, and regulations required in the applicable states drivenPerform other tasks as assigned or necessary

QualificationsClass A CDL with Hazmat and doubles/ triples endorsements3 years verifiable over the road tractor/trailer or 2 years verifiable over the road tractor/tanker experience preferredNo at fault accidents or DOT moving violations within the preceding 3 yearsMust be 21 years of ageAbility to pass DOT physicalBe able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequentlyBe able to lift over 100 lbs occasionally
