The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is looking for a Logs and Records Analyst to join the team in Jacksonville, FL.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Position Responsibilities:

Ensure document configuration control by adhering to company document management guidelines, maintaining documents such as policies, procedures, approval sheets, revision letters, and history logs under proper configuration control.

Assist in the review of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program, and customer requirements to develop quality assurance plans and tests for hardware and software products, processes, and services.

Assist with hardware, software, and system-level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, and related business, regulatory, and customer requirements.

Apply analytical skills to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; and develop conclusions and recommendations based on appropriate data sources.

Utilize knowledge of Boeing’s organizational structure, processes, program plans, policies, procedures, and products to effectively perform functional responsibilities.

Use database management tools (e.g., Records Management Database, Access, Excel) and understand operating system protocols to manage and manipulate data efficiently.

Apply knowledge of quality systems, including inspection processes and Boeing quality procedures, to support quality assurance activities.

Compile data and provide recommendations for material review dispositions.

Document and maintain completed build, quality, and inspection records to preserve the integrity of as-built deliverable product configurations.

Reconcile erroneous data entries to ensure all production records are complete and accounted for by conducting database queries and auditing planning and production schedules.

Assemble data packages and logbooks from traceable build records in accordance with applicable requirements to provide visibility into deliverable product build status.

Provide product build information to support product rollout, flight, and/or delivery.

Resolve routine problems of limited scope and complexity by following established practices and procedures to ensure the integrity of documentation for the product build process.

Maintain records storage and shipping logs to ensure retrievability in compliance with applicable requirements.

Work under limited supervision.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Military logs and records keeping experience

Previous military experience with knowledge of the U.S. Navy and/or U.S. Marine Corps (USMC).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Aviation Maintenance Administration.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

At least 5 years of experience working with aircraft such as the P-8, F/A-18 E/F, and flight control components.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Active U.S. Security Clearance.

Experience in U.S. Navy or USMC roles such as Logs and Records Clerk and/or Technical Publication Librarian.

Experience with the NALCOMIS OOMA System and Database Administration (DBA).

Completion of U.S. Military A School in Aviation Maintenance Administration.

Summary Pay Range: $51,150 – $67,850

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
