Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Logistics Technical Director to join our team! In this role you will get to making key decisions that relate to continuous improvement within areas of Logistics and managing related team(s).  

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead a team in the execution of technical solutions for initiatives and projects.

Resolves obstacles that could slow down or prevent programs from delivering on program objectives.

Develop and maintains relationships with external partner organizations.

Liaise with other teams to contribute to integrated programs and strategic initiatives.

Develop innovative solutions that directly supports the business growth strategy.

Lead team development, ensuring there is proper understanding/applying of regulations, policies, and procedures.

Provide Logistics technical oversight.

Stay up to date with current site developments.

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

15+ years experience within a technical field or related industry and 2+ years experience in a team leader/managerial role.
