This role is based in the Michelin Corporate Business Services in Bucharest, where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Order to Cash, Personnel and Service Management.

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor's degree;Solid experience in a team management role is mandatory;Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain management or a related field is preferable;Good knowledge of English is mandatory (B2+), while French is a plus;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Proactive in problem solving, developing ideas and solutions to streamline workflows, processes and cross-functional efforts.

What will you do?

Resource and organizational management:

Defines and sets up the organization and resources necessary to conduct the daily activities for his/her team.Anticipates evolution (workload, projects) and adjusts the existing organization.Manages the team in compliance with the management principles defined by the company.Assesses the skills of each team member. Ensure that each person has the tools, knowledge and help necessary to reach their objectives.Draws up the annual development plan for his/her team.Draws up the training plan for newcomers (Individual Training Plan).Anticipates new skills for qualification.

Team performance coordination:

Communicates to the team the objectives defined in the operational perimeter.Defines the annual plan for his/her team in line with the SLA agreement and the annual plan for the Service line.Coordinates and monitors the implementation of the annual plan for his/her team.Coordinates the communication between CBS and the countries/partners in his/her scope.Monitors and measures process performance by using MW methodology.Accompany the members of his/her team.

Ensures the quality of Logistics processes:

Within his/her scope, ensures that the quality of Logistics Processes is respected.Ensures good relations between the members of his/her team and partners.Ensures that the relations with the suppliers are conducted in compliance with the Michelin purchasing principles and Logistics. Monitor customer claims, record and treat these and inform the customers.Participate actively in defining and implementing the progress plans at the Service Line level.
