Kforce has a client in Jersey City, NJ that is seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist. Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Supply Chain Specialist to support our logistics and supply chain operations. The successful candidate will assist with inventory control, shipping and receiving, and general warehouse coordination to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods. Key Responsibilities: * Process internal and external sales orders * Coordinate order fulfillment activities, from receiving to delivery * Enter and track orders using ERP(NetSuite) or WMS(Extensive) systems * Prepare and process shipping documents (e.g., BOLs, packing lists, invoices) * Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries * Update inventory records and report discrepancies * Support CX, BD and other team for internal demo requests * Track stock movement and reconcile inventory discrepancies * Perform other duties as assigned to support the logistics team * Maintain accurate shipment records and update tracking systems * Ensure seamless logistics operations across the supply chain * Collaborate with Finance Dept for billing tasks
