Responsibilities:
What You?ll Do:
Oversee all inbound and outbound shipments to support continuous production

Manage vendor relationships, purchase orders, and delivery schedules

Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure timely flow of materials to production

Monitor compliance with SQF and food safety regulations

Serve as the key logistics point of contact for production, QA, and leadership teams

Maintain documentation in QuickBooks and Excel, ensuring purchasing and shipping records are accurate

Work collaboratively across departments to prevent delays and solve supply chain issues proactively

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
Experience working with Bills of Materials (BOMs) and inventory systems

Prior responsibility for vendor audits and compliance tracking

Spanish/English bilingual

Experience supporting or participating in interdepartmental project teams

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics within food or beverage manufacturing

Solid understanding of SQF standards and food safety regulations

Experience managing purchase orders, shipping, and receiving

Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency

Proficient with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
