Job Description:

1. EHS

Understand and cascade Mars EHS culture and standard in NDCBe the owner of the KPI of safety including but not limit in LTI, Near Miss etc.Build Safety mindset in all associates embedded on daily operation through Go and SeeAlign with LM to define annual EHS focus and target and drive the resultOrganize training and events including annual fire drill, fork lift skill competition etc to enhance the safety mindset and capability building in organizationRegular inspection on facilitates to ensure the building and equipment in good maintenance levelDefine Business Continuity Management procedure and validate the effectiveness annuallyValidate the safety compliance of new equipment according to Mars standard and local regulationBe responsible for accident investigation, report , correct and preventive actionCoordinate with stakeholders in RSH (China factory) to build safety environment across E2E supplyAs contact window to accommodate all inspections of EHS from internal and external

2.  QFS

Understand Mars DQM and QMS in depth to be the leader in NDC deploymentWork with each process owner in NDC to execute DQM standard in daily operationIdentify the opportunity points for improving the NDC's quality management system, formulate and implement the quality development strategies and plans, achieve continuous improvement in quality performance.Organize regular quality review with team for continuous improvement, monitor and report KPIs related to quality performance, defect trends, and supplier performance.Support LM  and China DQM manager to keep updating SOP to be consistent with operationPrepare NDC audit（TSS,LRQA,QMS,EMQM etc…） materials and track the progressFollow up the completion of correct actions in each audit on time

3.Responsible Work

Understand Mars' Five Principles and the global human rights policy applicable to our workplace, and continuously improve and optimize a responsible workplace.Work with each process owner to identify the opportunities and take solid action to keep improving work environmentTo be the key contact for RW audit annually

4.  ERP(logistics part) Key User

Understand whole DC operation process in crystal clear.Understand ERP system as function(logistics part) expertAs Key User representative of DCs, raise ticket to central services once system operation crash, track the solution progress till it resolvedSupport new initiatives in supply chain from system feasibility point of viewEnsure local training documents are created & maintained aligned with local proceduresTrain new associatesEnsure new functionalities and / or bug fixes are tested using local test scripts & validatedRun non-regression tests and participate in Core VersioningRecord One Navision incidents or request at Service Portal on behalf of End usersMonitor and follow up of Support tickets & escalation to KU Lead
