Job DescriptionJob SummaryLead and supervise a group og Logistic Direct Blue Associate to execute assigned daily operation tasks at designated location (Receiving / Warehouse / Shipping).Maintain high inventory accuracy in both physical inventory and system of record.Support department / plan vision and target KPIs.Coach and ensure subordinates adhere to 7S principals at workplace.Conduct process confirmation to ensure subordinates are comply to the Standard Operation Procedures or/and work instruction (WI) without any deviation.Lead and drive Logistic Operation Processes through the application of Bosch Production System best practices.Responsible in taking good care of Materials Handling Equipment to ensure it always in good conditions and monitor it’s performance.Ensure high material availability of Raw Materials and Finished Goods respectively in support production plan/schedule as well as fulfill customer order.Support other duties, ad-hoc or/and special tasks assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.Job ScopeLead and supervise a group of Logistic Direct Blue Associate to execute assigned daily operation tasks at designated location (Receiving / Warehouse / Shipping).Lead Continuous Improvement/System CIP Projects.Lead small type of workshop.Act as Role Model and provide guidance to Supervisor 1 and 2.Act as backup to Section Head.

QualificationsDiploma in Logistic, Supply Chain, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistic, Supply Chain or related field.Good problem solving and decision making to resolve operation issues.Understands impact and consequences or project as necessary.Possess good analytical thinking and influencing leadership skill.Flexible to take on ad-hoc assignment or project as necessary.

Additional InformationAbility to manage personnel time to ensure the success of completion of assignments.Ability to perform multitasking according to priority & keep to a tight schedule.Ability to work with minimum supervision & self-motivation.Possess good analytical & communication skills.Possess good skill in technical report writing.
