Roles and ResponsibilitiesOwn key components of the LATAM Logistics forecasting process, including planning, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Provide visibility and insights into performance drivers across Logistics costs (variable and fixed).
Partner with Supply Chain finance teams to drive collaboration and standardization across finance reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Support finance transformation initiatives by designing and implementing centralized reporting improvements for LATAM Logistics.
Prepare and present financial analyses and insights to senior leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
Collaborate with the LATAM Logistics Operations team to analyze historical cost trends, variable cost productivity, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or other numeracy-based disciplines.
Minimum 4 years of financial work experience, or FMP graduate with 2 years of experience.
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
Demonstrated experience with financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion) and advanced Excel proficiency.
Experience working in a matrixed, global environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to lead process improvements and drive change in complex organizations.
Desired CharacteristicsExperience in logistics finance or operations.
Familiarity with cost accounting and performance metrics in a supply chain context.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
