Location: Singapore Key Responsibilities

The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for end to end coordination of project logistics, including:

International Logistics & Coordination Manage worldwide shipment planning and execution for materials and equipment. Coordinate with freight forwarders, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely mobilization. Customs & Regulatory Compliance Oversee customs clearance processes across multiple jurisdictions. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and documentation requirements. Heavy / Oversized Cargo Handling Arrange transport and lifting of heavy lift and oversized cargo. Ensure safe handling, proper packaging, surveying, and documentation for critical loads. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Serve as primary interface with logistics service providers. Monitor vendor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure continuity of supply. Interface With Offshore & Project Teams Support offshore operations logistics, including consumables, tools, and critical spares. Coordinate with construction, operations, and marine teams for mobilization/demobilization activities. Required Experience & Background Demonstrated experience within the offshore oil & gas sector, ideally supporting FPU or FPSO projects. Strong operational knowledge of international logistics, shipping documents, customs regulations, and freight processes. Hands on exposure to heavy lift or oversized cargo movements. Previous experience supporting construction, reactivation, turnaround, or operational phases of offshore assets. Strong communication and vendor management skills. Ability to work extended hours in a project-driven environment.
