Summary: Under general direction, the Logistics Specialist II is responsible for the accurate receiving, packing, shipping, and external distribution of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and non-GMP materials in support of company operations.

Essential Functions:
Assists in executing manufacturing vial pulls, packing shipments, and product storage as directed by internal schedulesEnsure all finished good stock creations are accurately received, stored, and documentedProvide shipping KPI’s to Supply Chain managementEnsures accurate review and monitoring of DeltaV building management system and warehouse TCE’sPerform system transactions and ensure the timely and accurate order fulfillment, documentation, closure of outstanding issues and effective inventory systemComply with safe handling and storage requirements, cGMP/ISO, local & corporate policies, and environmental/other related regulationsPerform the coordination and monitoring of all inbound and outbound shipments, including the detailed packing and tracking of cold chain shipmentCreate Transfer Orders and RequestsPerform cycle counting and inventory audits.All other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma with at least (5) five years of work experience, with(4) four years of relevant Shipping, Import/Export, or Warehouse experience, and(2) two years of cGMP or regulated warehouse experience, andWorking knowledge of ERP application software
Preferred Qualifications:
