You will execute warehouse operations in term of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policies compliance. You will also work collaboratively with key internal and external (third-party logistics vendors) business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution. You will also be responsible for activities such as inventory management (iDoc management, stock reconciliation), interfaces monitoring, track and trace, claims management, invoice management, compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management), tenders support, third-party performance management, pallets management.

How you will contribute

Your main responsibilities:

Monitor warehousing operations and various interfaces with third party logistics providersManage third party logistics providers and overall warehousing operations, including service quality monitoring and daily issue managementManage correct and timely stock booking, booking of damages, returns and shortages, stock reconciliation in assigned warehouses (distribution and bonded if needed), change inventory locations and statusesMonitor labelling and copacking activitiesMonitor Inbound and Outbound transportationCheck and track CS&L costs and invoices, and coordinate accounting - supplier relationsManage correct import/export activities of finished goods and POSM in EAMDeliver and report CS&L KPI’sMaintain, create and own various reportsSupport local and regional projects, productivity programs, best practice projects, etc.Support Quality / Health & Safety teams

What you will bring

Advanced knowledge of warehousing processes and functionalitiesBasic knowledge of transportation processesAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel; PC literacyLearning agilityAnalytical thinking and problem solvingAccuracy and reliabilityUniversity degree in technical or organizational sciences, traffic engineering or similarMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar job and ideally exposure to the FMCG industryFluent in written and spoken English and Serbian
