Job Title: Logistics Specialist III

Job Description

Responsibilities

Coordinate domestic and international shipments to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency, meeting delivery schedules and service level agreements.Update and process shipments using the SAP Transportation Management System (TMS), ensuring accurate and timely data entry for maintaining shipment visibility and operational integrity.Serve as the primary operational point of contact for Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) on active GGT shipments.Respond quickly and decisively to time-sensitive LSP inquiries, pickup requirements, and shipment status requests across multiple time zones including APAC, EMEA, and LATAM.Coordinate with internal logistics teams and external partners to protect on-time delivery performance against planned GGT deployment schedules.Provide proactive, transparent shipment status updates and real-time visibility into logistics operations.Support customs and import compliance coordination for international GGT shipments.Assist in building and maintaining SOPs, playbooks, and operational documentation to drive process improvement and long-term sustainability.Support data quality improvements to enable better reporting, planning, and operational visibility for Ground Systems Logistics leadership.

Essential Skills

3+ years of experience in logistics coordination, freight operations, or supply chain management.Must be at least 18 years old with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.High School diploma or equivalent.Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or similar logistics platforms.Ability to work staggered or non-standard hours to support global shipment coverage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to respond quickly and clearly to LSP and partner inquiries.Able to read and take direction in English.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with SAP Transportation Management System (SAP TMS).Experience managing international freight, customs coordination, or import/export compliance.Familiarity with logistics service provider (LSP) management and carrier coordination.Experience supporting global or multi-region shipment programs.Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.Commitment to a culture of customer obsession and operational excellence.Experience working within or alongside program management teams.

Work Environment

The work environment is primarily office-based or remote with low to moderate noise levels. The role requires prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and working at a computer. Occasional participation in warehouse or logistics facility visits may be needed. The position operates in a fast-paced, globally distributed program environment with staggered shift coverage required to support shipments across multiple time zones. Shifts are from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM PST and from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM PST, fully onsite.

This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
