You will also work collaboratively with key internal and external (third-party logistics vendors) business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution. **How you will contribute** You will: + Management Capacities Balancing - analyze and verify capacityutilization. Manage peak periods effectively. + Transport Management - collaborate with transportation providers andMDLZ Load Control Centre (LCC)to ensure punctual and efficient inbound andcomplete delivery to MDLZ customers. Monitor transportation activities. + Quality – own Track and Trace / Hold Release processes. Ensure adherence to quality and safety guidelines. Oversee shelf-life monitoring and management. + Continuous Improvement & Innovation–drivedigitization,automationandprocessimprovement.Supportlocal and regional projects.Continuouslyseekandidentifyopportunities to enhance productivity.Initiate and delivercontinuous improvement projects. + KPI-drive performance through KPI monitoring and data-driven corrective actions. + Budget - build and provide full-cost analysis (yearly budget),risksand opportunities.
