Job Title: Logistics Specialist
Job Description

The Logistics Specialist will support all aspects of the company's inventory and purchase order system. This role involves working with Excel to track inventory locations and manage order forecasting. The position requires shipping coordination across the globe to provide access to hearing aids in various countries. Additionally, the specialist will assist with administrative tasks for the VP and contribute to loading boxes and organizing shipments.

ResponsibilitiesManage and track inventory using Excel.Plan and forecast inventory needs to meet global demand.Coordinate international shipping logistics for hearing aid distribution.Assist in loading boxes and preparing shipments.Support the VP with administrative tasks as needed.Essential Skills1 to 2 years of experience in logistics, procurement administration, or purchase order management.Proficiency in basic Excel functions.Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in logistics and supply chain management.Work Environment

The role offers a hybrid work environment with three days in the office and two days working from home. The office provides a hotel desk for use. Employees have access to on-campus amenities including a café.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, Kansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $24.00/hr.
