Job Description

Position Title: Logistics Specialist

Location: On-site

The Logistics Specialist plays a key role in executing customer vehicle relocation service orders and supporting business operations. This position involves managing customer orders, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role requires strong communication skills to interact with PARS staff, Independent Contractors (ICs), and pickup/delivery contacts via email and phone.

Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule vehicle pickups and deliveries, ensuring customer instructions are followed precisely.Optimize logistics by linking multiple orders for efficient execution.Oversee additional services such as vehicle detailing, titling/registration, and storage placement.Maintain timely and accurate communication with all stakeholders.Update CRM with notes, activities, photos, and documents after each interaction.Create and manage tasks to ensure timely follow-up and data accuracy.Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable DOT, federal, state, and local regulations.In the manager’s absence or as directed, calculate and offer flat fees by distributing bid sheets to ICs.Manage vehicle storage facilities (if applicable), including check-in/check-out, inventory, and movement of vehicles.Monitor vehicle inventory, ensure vehicles are operational, and report issues to headquarters.RequirementsExperience in dispatch, logistics coordination is required Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office toolsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProfessionalism, integrity, and cultural awareness
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
