Raytheon’s Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are safe, reliable, maintainable, and delivered on time. Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices, and our customers. Life Cycle Engineering seeks a Logistician based out of El Paso / Fort Bliss, TX. The candidate will be part of a radar team that helps support maintenance functions and configuration management of a Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Radar System.
What You Will Do:
Shipping, receiving, inventory control of spares and tools, maintaining calibration on test equipment, handling hazardous material, local procurement of consumables.Packing and shipping material through commercial carriers and utilizing the DD1149 and /or DD1348.Issuing parts to job orders through our Automated Logistics Control System (ALCS) and preparing them for delivery.Travel is required domestically and internationally.Maintaining receipts of local purchase and filing expense reports in a timely manner.Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.Experience with Logistics, Inventory Control and/or Warehouse Operations.Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including but limited to Excel, Word, Project, Team Foundation and PowerPoint.Experience generating deliverable documents, planning activities including developing and performing presentations to the customer.Experience managing in a warehouse or field environment.Experience with the automated logistics control systems for supply and maintenance tracking.Comprehension of logistics standards and functions utilized to support THAAD and other military systems.What We Offer

DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
