JOB FUNCTION

结单文员打完pickslip后,到系统中导最新的open order to pick ,根据open order制作发货记录表。同时根据系统数据,在发货记录表中检查客户地址,订单备注的特殊要求,合并毛重及线路整合,运费按照零担和包车费用比价,比价完成后按照最便宜的运输方式登记在发货记录表中。把当天发货计划发给各个负责承运的物流公司和对应的发货仓库。对备注有特殊要求的订单在发运计划邮件正文对运输公司进行提醒强调。核对前一天发货的账单,根据shipment history 发货记录核对好发货数量,产品毛重,发货地址,之后发给相应的物流公司,并要求物流承运商依据PPG的账单来核对,无问题后,他们发出cloud模版的账单给到PPG。具体要求详见SOP“对账流程”。根据shipment history里的Bill to site和SBU来匹配前一天发货账单中的所属费用和账号。关于退货,CSR提供批准邮件,并产生了退货RGO号码后,通知对应的物流承运商,等产品到了仓库,收货人员会发出实际退货产品的品名,桶数,净重,根据最终的数量和毛重来计算账单中费用。具体要求详见“PPG-2-D-CX-149 退换货物流管理流程”。关于异地调货,销售提出申请后,邮件给到采购,由采购向相应的物流承运商询价,采购最终确认费用通知物流部,销售需要将采购确认好的费用申请给到销售BD审批,审批后,再向中国区物流经理申请批准异地调货事宜,双方审批后方可通知物流公司安排车辆调货。具体要求详见SOP“PPG-2-D-CX-018 异地调货控制流程"。关于账单核对,平时每日都核对,半个月整理一次,月底最后一天再整理总账单,做好费用charge,根据每个月access导出的发货数据来匹配对用的SBU和Type ,账号分门别类后,再发给对应工厂的负责人。每月1号做账单预提。根据预提数据,做数据分析报告。根据预提数据,上传各个物流的cloud数据费用,系统显示无问题后,将对应的物流费用以及扣款发给各个物流承运商核对,邮件确认回复后,再依次发给账单中心核对,无异议后,再发给主管审批,审批完成后,账单中心发邮件给各个物流承运商可开票但不可寄出。等后续回单齐全,核对无误后,再发出邮件,物流承运商方可将发票寄出。具体要求详见SOP“对账流程”。关于payment,需要根据当初预提时候的SBU和Type来确定账号,并填入表中,给到账单中心。完成经理交代和安排的其他工作;

资历要求

Requirements: 

本科及以上学历;Bachelor degree or above;熟悉物流供应商运作,有数据统计及报表分析工作三年以上;Familiar with the operation of logistics suppliers, with data statistics and report analysis for more than three years;熟练使用EXCEL(特别是函数方面,宏,VBA等), PPT,SAP, Oracle等软件;Proficient in EXCEL (especially in functions, macros, VBA, etc.), PPT, SAP, Oracle and other software;能够承受一定的工作压力,做事细心,对数据敏感,良好的沟通、协调能力。Can work under certain pressure, work carefully, sensitive to data, good communication and coordination ability.
