What a typical day looks like:

日常管理工作：AEO年度审核支持LEAN、SGA项目的每月、每季度支持协调供应商KPI、QBR支持海关政策和物流市场资讯的月度更新协调药监局，为所有医疗项目审批的政府事务提供支持维护政府事务工作平台各项政府补贴、政府接待的支持；配合主管leader做好trade compliance方面的管理工作，比如中国出口管控、最终用途证明等账单及发票日常FCCP系统发票审批(RMB1000以下部分)日常账单及发票异常处理成品外仓，SF账单及发票处理账单及发票流程优化ROW月度账单及后续客户审结物流询价及合同，为项目提供日常支持国际运输询价，包含新线路，危险品，设备及特殊尺寸等货物运输国内报关及运输业务询价国内/国际物流供应商招标和合同续签新项目物流成本报价和解决方案熟悉国际国内物流市场动态，提供解决方案，并及时并持续货运报价跟踪和分析物流费用分析，方案制定e-PFA费用预估及后续追踪与审结异常货运成本分析及追踪，如疫情、旺季附加费和违规成本月度运费成本报告分析及制定年度运费平衡表分析及调整年度运费目标报告分析及制定运费成本优化制定及费用追踪日常进出口路线优化其他货运相关的报告系统维护及建设协调FCCP运费和发票模块持续优化FCCP综合报告模块设置及优化关务系统中费用模块建立及优化

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

本科学历，物流管理、供应链管理或商务管理等相关专业2年以上物流岗位工作经验有物流成本控制经验者优先熟悉数据分析良好的协调沟通能力，英语CET-6以上，听说读写流利 熟练PPT制作，熟练使用EXCEL、PYTHON等操作工具并具有一定的present技巧
