Are you an experienced logistics professional looking to take your career to the next level? Bromma is seeking a highly motivated and organizedLogistics Specialistto join our Spare Parts and Services team and play a key role in optimizing our spare parts logistics operations.
As the Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring fast, accurate, and customs-compliant spare parts deliveries from and to our spare parts warehouse in France, all while controlling delivery costs. You’ll also drive continuous improvements in our spare parts logistics processes and act as a key user for spare parts logistics related information systems.
This position is available in multiple locations: Kista (Sweden), Helsinki, Tampere or Kaarina (Finland).
Main tasks and responsibilities
Transportation Management:
+ Guide Sales and Purchasing in the choice of transport mode, incoterm and freight billing
+ Develop and optimize transport management processes
+ Review freight invoices
+ Manage transport insurance claims.
Warehouse Management:
+ Oversee the performance of the France warehouse’s external service provider
+ Provide support to the warehouse service provider on operational issues and develop warehouse processes
+ Organize and lead the annual stocktake at the warehouse.
Customs Management:
+ Provide expertise and support on customs regulations, in particular related to the EU customs.
Information Systems:
+ Act as a key user for logistics related information systems, including SAP, Oracle Transport Management System, BrommaParts Webshop, and JIRA Service Desk
+ Lead testing, troubleshooting, and the development of logistics information systems.
What you’ll need to succeed
+ Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
+ 2-3 years of experience in Order Management, Shipping or Warehouse Management
+ Strong understanding of the Order/Delivery process and EU customs regulations
+ Experience with SAP or development of any information systems is a plus
+ Good English communication skills, both written and spoken; French is an advantage
+ Strong problem-solving abilities with a structured and methodical approach
+ Team player with great interpersonal skills
+ Candidates should be willing to travel occasionally, approximately once per year or as business demands.
