Role and Responsibilities

Your tasks, you...Transport management of LSPs for direct shipment transports, securing quality of service, plan, communicate and execute services according to customers’ needsEscalation management in critical operational situations, i.e. month endInterface for any occurring questions related to customs, troubleshootingPlanning and Warehousing, management of LSP for local warehouses. Securing quality of service, manage inventory, plan and communicate demand of services according to lifecycle and seasonality – main focus on return flowCost awareness – contribute to overall profit by finding cost efficient operationsinterface between customers, local sales organization, European and global logistics organizations and suppliers
Your profile, you...Proven knowledge of logistical flows in an international environmentExperience in customs processesDriving business via various hierarchy levels and cross departmentsMs office especially ExcelAdvanced ERP system understandingFluent in German and Englishembrace change, resilient and dynamic
