Proficiency in German and/or French is preferred, as it will facilitate communication with regional stakeholders and suppliers. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities, coupled with financial acumen for effective budget management and negotiation. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, with expertise in risk management to ensure supply continuity. + Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, with a focus on sustainable logistics practices and integrating environmental and social responsibility into sourcing strategies.
