Job Title: Logistics Service Representative

Job Description

A prominent food and beverage company in South Seattle is seeking to hire five Logistics Service Representatives for a six-month contract. This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a Fortune 500 firm.

Responsibilities

Process and manage customer orders from entry through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across systems and documentation.Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to support shipment scheduling, tracking, and issue resolution.Maintain accurate logistics records and update systems with shipment and order status to ensure visibility and compliance.Respond to routine inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding order status, delivery timelines, and documentation.Identify and escalate service disruptions or order discrepancies to team members for resolution.Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements.Keep current on all portfolio products and related updates, including offerings, shipping procedures, and promotions, to ensure accurate and informed customer support.Maintain regular and punctual attendance to ensure consistent service and team reliability.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
