The Logistics Services Director will be responsible for managing the strategic and tactical planning for multiple key distribution facilities in Mexico (Guadalajara, Juarez, and Mexicali).

What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing strategic vision, direction and leadership for facilities or business responsible for, as well as ensuring they are in compliance with all regulations.Assigning and directing activities and projects across the organization to meet various customer, supplier, transportation, and distribution needs; specifically supporting highly visible customers.Maintaining an understanding of all the core business processes for your supported business group, drive initiatives for continuous improvements and processes.Identifying, developing, and recommending strategic initiatives for establishing external competitive advantages.Fostering and maintain a culture of Servant Leadership through example while ensuring Arrow remains an employer of choice.

What We Are Looking For:

15 years of related experience with a 4- year degree; or 12 years an advanced degree; or equivalent combination of education and progressive experience.Leadership and mentoring for managers, supervisors, and/or professional staff.Accountability for the performance and results of multiple related units.Development of departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities.Resource control and policy formation in area of responsibility.Critical decision-making capability, guided by resource availability and functional objectives; specifically in relation to highly visible customers.Anticipatory approach to problem solving.Ability to develop plans and deliver results in fast-changing business and/or regulatory environments.Strategic approach and input to functions or departmental strategy.Manages large, potentially diverse teams of managers and/or senior professionals with approximately 10 direct reports.

Work Arrangement:

Fully In Office: Monday-Friday. Overtime work as needed.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$126,583.33 - $253,175.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
