Job Description:

TJX Australia is on an exciting growth journey and is seeking a passionate and results-driven Logistics Senior Manager - Transport Services to join our Supply Chain team.

What You’ll Do:

The Logistics Senior Manager – Transport Services leads the end-to-end transport operations across TJX Australia, covering both Domestic Inbound (including container and palletized cargo movements) and Outbound Transport (store deliveries).

This role is accountable for ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and compliant movement of merchandise through the supply chain, while driving strategic initiatives and continuous improvement across logistics operations.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative and experienced leader, with a strong track record in team development, project delivery, and building innovative logistics solutions from the ground up.

This position is primarily based at our Marsden Park Processing Centre, with regular travel to our Mascot Head Office to support cross-functional engagement and alignment.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead and manage domestic transport operations, ensuring efficient coordination of inbound and outbound logistics to support timely and accurate deliveries across the network.

Ensure efficient coordination of container and palletized cargo deliveries to the Processing Centre.

Develop and implement scalable transport strategies that enable business growth, enhance service delivery, and drive operational excellence.

Foster strong partnerships with third-party logistics providers, ensuring alignment with performance standards, service level agreements, and operational procedures.

Champion continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on cost efficiency, service enhancements, and streamlined logistics processes.

Provide inclusive leadership and capability development, coaching teams and supporting talent growth to optimise performance and foster a high-performing, collaborative culture.

Skills and Experience:

Demonstrated leadership experience in logistics and supply chain operations, with a strong focus on inbound and outbound transport operations.

Effective people leader with demonstrated ability to inspire, guide, and grow logistics teams to exceed performance targets.

Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including cross-functional impacts on logistics performance.

Strong relationship-building abilities, fostering collaboration across diverse business functions and organizational levels.

Analytical and improvement-focused mindset, leveraging data insights to drive process enhancements and operational efficiency.
