Logistics Representative

C.H. Robinson seeks a Logistics Representative to join our Robinson Managed Solutions (RMS) 4PL division in Dubai. This role is part of a newly established team in Dubai which gives you an exciting opportunity to help shape our presence from the start and contribute to building a strong foundation for future growth.

As Logistics Representative you will play a key role in managing supply chain data and ensuring smooth transportation operations for our customers. In this role, you will coordinate transportation arrangements and build strong relationships with assigned accounts. Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

 Build strong relationships with customer contacts to support daily transportation needsProactively monitor, manage, and follow up on shipment exceptionsResolve service failures with transportation providers, and partner with customers to address issuesIdentify cost‑savings opportunities through route optimization, order consolidation, and lead‑time complianceProvide prompt and professional response to customer's requests for additional informationAchieve tactical and operational KPI targets (Quality and Productivity Metrics)Reconcile weekly financial reports and ensure accuracyRun, maintain, and enhance reports on shipment activitiesIdentify and implement operational efficiency improvementsExecute customer‑requested changes in a timely, accurate manner, including appointment rescheduling and provider notificationsCollect, sort, and distribute operational information to the internal team

Required Qualifications:2-5 years of work experience in a similar role (logistics, supply chain, or 4PL coordination roles, ideally with exposure to operations across the Gulf region)Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or universityWillingness to create and adhere to process and planAbility to solve problems in an effective and efficient mannerAbility to think creatively and be flexibleAbility to work in a stressful, team-oriented, and fast-paced environmentFriendly, customer-service attitudeKnowledgeable in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPointDetail-oriented and strong communication skills
