Logistics Project Sr. Analyst - Alphaville (SP)
**This position is responsible to support Corteva’s Crop Protection Supply Chain Project team in the following areas:** + **Maps, designs, and implements initiatives to enhance our Logistics capabilities** promoting project management tools and skills with the team. + The purpose of this job is to **lead the identification, evaluation/design, and implementation, of and supply chain improvements** through cross functional collaboration and project management. + **Systems SME support for all logistics mode** , including Import-Export Ocean and Air, packaged trucking and warehousing, bulk trucking and rail moves + **Systems support** for SAP ERP, TMS and 3PL logistics management processes + **Focal point for IT/application strategy,** interfacing between global and NA regional teams + **Analysis and continuous improvement of logistics workflows across functions** + Systems usage and best practice training and development + The role is designed to support the various run the business teams by leveraging expertise across the systems and work processes for executing logistics operations + In addition, this role is an exciting opportunity to challenge our logistics organization to do better, by gaining the full value out of the tools and streamlining work processes. + The scope of project activities is regional + **Requisitos:** + **Required bachelor’s in engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or technical field** + **Required 5 years experience in Supply Chain Areas, mainly Logistics, and/or 2 years** **experience in Project Management** + **Required English proficiency – Advanced** + ERP/ SAP/ S4 HANA / APO / BW (or equivalent) experience preferred + Experience with TMS and 3PL work processes preferred. + Six Sigma Green Belt/ Black Belt and/or certified Lean Practitioner preferred + APICS CPIM Certification preferred + **Habilidades:** + Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing tools and processes for data analysis. + Strong communication skills & teamwork. + Ability to establish strong networks, relationships, and disciplined communication with key stakeholders + Ability to effectively teach and coach + Strong organizational skills, including the ability to effectively prioritize work and escalate when help is needed + Innovation mindset: there is a lot of room for innovative thinking to challenge existing work processes and paradigms to improve Corteva’s competitiveness in logistics.
